We haven't find any details, but in the mainland USA crypto providers are regulated as Money Service Businesses (MSB). So probably there is the same legal approach to crypto in the US and American Samoa. As for 2025 we have no information about any other new lagal acts regulating VASPs in this jurisdiction.
