Fiji is an independent state located in Oceania. Based on Wikipedia (1) this country has total area 18300 km2 and states of 330 islands. The population is about 924,000.

According to Farandawayadventures (2) it’s possible to visit Fiji up to four months without visa. Also Fiji has an long term nomad visa which allows to live in the country for 2 years and it’s also renewable. To get this visa an applicant needs to have at least $50,000 in savings.

Also Fiji may be popular as an offshore jurisdiction according to PLN review (3). It is not a member of OECD Multilateral Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters (MAC) and Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes. Fiji is included into EU Tax Haven List.

At the same time in 2021 Fiji Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) has published a press release (8) about cryptocurrency scams in the country. It seems, that Fiji still has no crypto regulation at all.
